Refund and Returns Policy

At Orgonitas Costa Rica, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Handmade products
Our orgonites are handmade in Costa Rica. Small variations in color, stone placement, texture, or finish are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects.

Returns
Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
